Quotes and bookings

A website submission is a request for a quote, not a confirmed appointment or binding price. Pricing and availability are confirmed directly with you. Final pricing may change if the vehicle or project details, existing-film condition, requested coverage, travel requirements or other relevant conditions differ from the information provided.

An appointment is confirmed only after Select Tint communicates the scheduled date, time, location, service scope and price to you.

Mobile service requirements

You are responsible for providing accurate service-location information, permission for Select Tint to work at the location, reasonable access to the vehicle or project area, and a lawful and reasonably safe place to perform the service. Select Tint may postpone or decline work when weather, access, site conditions, safety concerns or other circumstances prevent a professional installation.

Vehicle and project information

Please disclose existing tint, damaged glass, aftermarket equipment, defroster issues, coatings, prior repairs or other conditions that may affect the work. Select Tint is not responsible for pre-existing defects or damage that was not caused by our work.

Film selection and legal compliance

Film appearance and performance can vary by shade, glass type, vehicle and viewing conditions. Heat-rejection figures and other performance descriptions refer to manufacturer testing for applicable products and configurations.

Tint laws vary by vehicle, window and jurisdiction. Select Tint may refuse a requested installation that we reasonably believe would be unlawful or unsafe. Customers should follow applicable laws and any medical-exemption requirements.

Payment, cancellations and rescheduling

Accepted payment methods, taxes, deposits and payment timing are confirmed before service. If an appointment must be changed, please contact us as soon as possible. Any deposit, cancellation or rescheduling conditions that apply will be disclosed before the appointment is confirmed.

Warranty and aftercare

Any lifetime warranty or other warranty described on the website applies according to the written warranty terms for the selected film and installation. Coverage, exclusions and claim requirements may depend on the product and project. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, glass failure, third-party work or failure to follow aftercare instructions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Newly installed film requires curing time and may temporarily appear hazy or show small moisture pockets. Follow the aftercare instructions provided with your service and contact us if you have concerns.
